I'm looking for someone to teach me how to stream data from a MySQL database and write it directly into another (consume?). The database to be written to is a MySQl database in Google Cloud Platform. Tools I'm interested in include, but not limited to, maxwell's daemon, kafka, and/or whatever you think is a better solution fot performing this type of task.

Do you mean you wan to replicate one db data to another db (dbs with different names) on same server or do you want to replicate data of db on one server to other server (with same db name) in short master-slave replication
