-Adjustable time before account is auto deactivated (in days, 365 day default, non-admin accounts only)
-Electable access (Ability to select which area codes a user has access to. If they don't have access then the data won't show up on the search results. For example if a user with access to 760 area code searches for 435 area code then no results will show up. Admins have access to all area codes)
-Client info on first login. (Client enters name, email, company, phone # on their first login. Also they have to agree to our disclaimer)
-"Disable Downloads" option (Admins have the ability when creating or editing user accounts to deactivate the users download ability (deactivates the "Download" button)
Help Desk/Support Ticket System,
-"Help Desk" link in the top menu
-User can create a ticket with the help desk
-Help desk is a simple internal messaging system with a tracking number for each ticket
-Admin accounts have access to all tickets and can reply. Admins can also close tickets when the ticket is solved
-Create a new user account type that only has access to the help desk (no area code access and no admin features)
"Information" Dropdown Menu
-Links to "Video Tutorials", "FAQ", "Mobile Reference Guide"
-I will provide the links for each item (have them open in a new tab or new window
Generate List
-On each prefix page users can select which blocks they want to generate a list for. (via a radio button, so they can select multiple blocks. Each block will generate a separate file, so if they select 5 blocks, the database will generate 5 separate files)
-Name the generate button "Download Data"
-The database will generate a file with the area code, prefix, block and 000-999. So (760)994 block 2 will generate a file with all numbers from 7609942000 to 7609942999. If the block is blank then the database will generate all numbers from 0000 to 9999 (for example, (760)521 with the blank block will generate the numbers 760521000 to 7605219999)
-Once a user selects the blocks they want to generate and presses the "Download Data" button then a popup will show the options for the data. The options are: (In the following order)
1)TXT or CSV File (user can choose between a txt file and a csv file. txt file is one phone number per line, fixed delimited. csv file is comma delimited)
2)Scrub List (user can select a DNC file from their computer (same dnc file format as the sender with the phone number first and then the area code)
3)Scramble List (randomly scramble the list)
4)Include Message Domain (A checkbox that will include the message domain on the entire list if the box is checked. For example 7609947394 or if the box is checked 7609947394 @ [login to view URL] [no spaces, I had to use spaces because freelancer won't let me include any contact info])
5)"Download" button that will prompt the user to select which folder they want to save the files on their computer (File names will be the area code and prefix. I added the name "With Message Domain" on the file I sent you, but on the generated files it will just be the area code, prefix and block number (if there is a block number)
(If the message domain is included then logistically it might be more efficient for you to have the system scrub the list before adding the message domain. That's just an idea, but you know best)
"Purchase Additional Area Codes" Link in the top menu.
-I will provide the link for this (Make the link open in a new tab or new window)
