Are you familiar with GitHub and Moodle? - repost

I am looking for someone who knows their way around GitHub (creating repositories, branches, etc.). It would also be helpful if this person is familiar with the Moodle.

I use GitHub to maintain the code for a handful of Moodle plugins. The problem is that these repos are 1) not named properly (need to following Moodle plugin naming conventions) and 2) different versions of the same plugin are kept in separate repos but they need to be organized as "branches". In short, your task will be to create new repositories and copy over the code. This should take between 15-30 mins. I will provide GitHub login details.

I would like to keep this project at the $50 level.
