Good day,
I am in need of someone, or a team, to build a consumer focused app. Release one of the app will be comprised or app 16 pages, and these pages will be designed by a third party and will be provided to you to incorporate into the code. You will, naturally, be provided with a full brief of what the app is supposed to do and how it is supposed to do it. While any improvements you suggest will definitely be looked at, you can bid taking into account that the design has been completed and provided to you.
A little bit about the app:
The app will be focused on consumers to help them make good shopping decisions. Once launched we will be going for a mass market play on both Play and iTunes. The app will fill a real need faced by people all around the world. The app will need to have a great UX through good design, flow and use of gestures, as well as the usual buttons etc required.
Before you place a bid please note:
- This project will only be awarded if a great fit is found, this is why there is no initial milestone
- The winning bidder will need to provide one month support once app is live
- I am planning for the winning bidder to be responsible for future work on the app
You are bidding on creating a native Android and native iOS app to give the best UX possible
For this bid:
- Your rating will need to be 4.8 or higher, if not, please don’t bid. If you have no rating here, please provide other solid evidence of your work and work history.
- You will need to provide *one example* of a great app you have built that is focused on the mass consumer market. Do not send through the usual ‘copy and paste’ long list of stuff I don’t care about. Just a single example of your work, why it is great and why I should select you for this project.
- You will provide a very clear time-line of work, including an initial statement of maximum time to complete
- You will provide how you envision the milestone structure for the project’s duration to be
- If you lodge an empty bid with the words of “please contact to discuss” you will not be considered
Important notes:
- Communication: I am expecting the winning bidder to be in contact every working week day. This communication may take the form of emails, skype messages and skype chat, so you must feel comfortable being able to discuss all items verbally.
- At the end of each working week you will be required to provide a brief overview of work achieved in that week.
- Once the app has been built, I would expect another month will be required for user testing, making required changes based on the user testing and, finally, fine tuning
