write an app that will perform like google store

First thing i want to say to you about this app !!!! *******i want the app to be like an app store of 1000 apps approximatlly i have for now 100 app to put not more then that but i want the posibility to put more i want that i will put the icon of the app and when the user will prees the icon it will ask him " do you want to install this app " in hebrew and all the other 4 languege and when he will pres "ok " it will redirrect him to the url of the app in google store without opening google store on this phone at all or it will give a pop up massage on all over the screen that will say " your download is in progress " in the beginning of the app It will ask to register to let only members to get in the store by registration with only code that will send to them by random code that will generate from the app by sending randomly a password. That will expire if the app being uninstalled so the same user could not inter again without generating the code again As long as he will not uninstall the app, from his phone he could get in and download the apps if he had uninstalled the app he need to register from the beginning the registration will be the "user name" (that will said only privet name pls) and “phone number” and city and country only that will be send to customer registration email after confirmation from me i will send to him some password all the details of the user will be saved in exel file or exel format in googledrive server in the category a section of sales and offers so i could put there offers to do in the beginning to choose a language between Hebrew English Russin Idish to do TAGS i will choose it put an icon of “contact us” in the main screen to choose between categories and “contact us” in the “contact us” it will send an automatic email to me and it will report on bugs or something else and there he need to say his name and his number and his email and city !! in the contact us icon to open an window so the user could write a massage up to 500 letters and it will send the message to the (email) to add a search bar to find an app from the apps storage that exist in this app To show me how can I add apps to the store indepentlly like if i want to paste the url of the new app for download massge that pop up when "back " buttom press twice asking " do you want to leave the app ? very importat that will not be any adds that will pop up in the app from google store or some were else pls send to me the words " i read all the request and gave you an honest and proffesional bid" only the programmers that will send to me this sentence i know they read this requests by skype my skype is : "kosher_line" that there will be a place to specific url from google drive that i could put an adds there !! that file JPEG that will be in the specific url after pushing the “category button 4 times the add in this a specific url will popup and it will count the times even if the uder done it 2 and closed the app and reopen it it will continued to count 3 and 4 the page that will be open (he will be open for 10 seconds and then it will give the option to close it to block all the installation even from apk only from this app to allow it to block all the adds from all the apps 1. that it will send to me the location of the app so i can send the specific add (i dont want that now) 2. to do an icon after the confirmation of the registration that say "push this buttom to block all adds " and to run a code that block adds mayby to install an add blockers that work good from my server
