Write an Android and iPhone application

We have a fully functional website and php / mysql back-end which manages our company’s business. We need a mobile app for Android and iPhone which will have the following features: 1. Username and login with same details our users use to log in to our website member area. 2. The following links: a. Latest News. We will need to create this regularly and it will be available once accessing the app. We have a similar feature on our existing website. b. Training. Audio recordings for the users to download and listen to. We will need to record, name and upload these recordings somewhere so that it can be viewed by users. c. New application. This link must open text boxes for inserting details similar to our existing online application forms and a record button to voice record what the user answers to certain questions. After this the filled in details and voice recording must be submitted to an existing page on our website where we can view the details, listen to the recording and approve the application. d. Lodge Claim. Page will give details of the documents we require. A user can insert name and contact details which is submitted to us in order to call the user. e. My Details. Where users can make changes to their profile. We have a similar section in our member area. f. View Downline. Feature we have in our existing member area. g. View Commission. Feature we have in our existing member area. h. Complaint section. Users must be able to insert text about their complaint and which will be sent to a dedicated email address. Obviously we would like the app to be expandable for features to be modified later and added. We also require the chosen programmer to submit the app to Google Play Store and iStore.
