Hello,
We are a company that sells used light and sound equipment. For the warehouse i need a cloud app that can be accessed from pc, mobile, tablet etc.
I need to keep track on every fixture we have. where it is, what its status is.
So the app needs to generate a barcode or QR code that i can print (label printer) and stick on the fixtures and their cases. (this wil be done on a pc)
These codes can be scanned with mobile phones to find the fixtures info and edit them or delete them when sold.
Each fixture can be in a flightcase i need to link those to the case so if i scan the case label i get the info of all the fixtures inside this case.
The info i need:
Fixtures:id, Brand, Type, hours, status (checked, defect, waiting for repair), info, location, flightcase, size weight.
Flightcase: id, name, Color, size, weight, location.
Location: id, name,
Also we need to have the option to search fixtures to see how many we have, what hours they have, how many are defect etc.
To enter new fixtures in the database it would be handy to copy the info from the previous entry so we can only change the hours for this fixture and not to enter everything over again. (sometimes we test 100 fixtures at a time) so to save some time filling in the same brand en type every time would be nice.
