Very simple one-page React Native app for private concierge service

Users of the app will login and be able to live chat (easy integration of Intercom SDK) with our team so we can make restaurant and hotel reservations for them. When we confirm a reservation, the live chat agent will add it to the app's backend so it shows in the user's app. A reservation is simple: Title, description, and Image
After users login, there's just one page: the reservations page that displays the user's reservations. On the bottom right is the chat icon but this is simple to add because it comes with the react native wrapper for Intercom SDK
Need simple backend with user CRUD and reservations CRUD
Quick and simple bootstrapped app. Maybe Laravel for backend?
