Update Multi-Track Video Player fro iPad

This app is a movie player capable of playing a new kind of multi-track content (and currently used for demo’ing the technology). Essentially the player plays (i.e., moves through) up to 3 movie files simultaneously and synchronized, displaying only the one track then selected by the viewer, and allows the smooth switching of the display to any of the other tracks when selected by the viewer by swiping. The technology is covered by issued patents (I own). The app was built but: (1) the original programmer joined a start-up and is no longer available—I do own/have the code (Obj-C/XCode); (2) the app stopped working when the latest iOS installed; (3) I need someone new to work with to get me back up and running and for tweaks, improvements and eventually further development; and (4) you have to also help m,e get it onto my iPad in a manner that doesn’t time-out (Testflight seems to time-out after 60-90 days). For all I know it only needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled or recompiled—but parts may need a rewrite, depending on why it doesn’t work right. Eventually we will look at playing streaming content, so if you have experience with streaming media and/or DRM, please let me know. Bid must include code, all intellectual property rights, and full copyright transfer. Incorporation of another’s code or module(s) is permitted only if such is done with full royalty-free rights and license to distribute worldwide, and incorporation is fully disclosed. If you anticipate utilizing another’s code, please disclose in bid. You should indicate both your bid for the current update, and what you will want if and when another update is required due to another ios change. Any other improvements/modifications to the app feature set will be separately negotiated. Main concern here and now is keeping the app working. This app implements patented technology. No patent rights or license is granted except as may be necessary to perform, complete and test the project task. Any other license must be separately negotiated.
