I don't want to use third party browser on my phone. I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I will use it personally. It is going to use webview and chromeliketabswitcher library. Every tab will use webview with the tab states handled correctly between tab switches. I open hundreds of tabs and never close them. So tab states shouldn't inflate ram nor it shouldn't be kept in ram. Also if you use kotlin its better
