Pan & Zoom Test Functions for Android / iOS

I just need a couple of basic image processing functions coded for Android and iOS. These are in support of another Android and iOS app development, Morph Café. I will add your code to the app.
The test functions will combine two bitmap images and show the result. One image is laid on top of the other as a composite. The top image can be re-positioned or scaled using finger gestures (Pan / Zoom).
Please complete this image processing test code, then test on one of your own mobile devices. As the project proceeds, send debug versions of the code to me. I can run these on my own devices to verify it works.
