Need an app to gather student responses made on a test sheet like this one [login to view URL] Also please take a look at this app [login to view URL] APP SHOULD USE THE PHONE'S CAMERA, AND RECOGNIZE THE ANSWERS FILLED ON THE TEST SHEET. App should be: - Android based (4.0 minimum) - Able to gather responses in a "[ResponseID]=[Value]" fashion - Able to send all information to a remote XML web service Other requirements: - user will be able to create a new "group" of results, then begin scanning so all results scanned are tagged with attributes like date, classname, teacher, room etc. - Account register - Login with created account or fb account IMPORTANT CONDITIONS: - ABSOLUTELY NO MILESTONES WILL BE RELEASED PRIOR TO WORKING PROOF OF CONCEPT. - First milestone 50%: camera should recognize all filled answers from a printed A4 sheet - Second milestone 30%: all other app working screens. - Last milestone 20%: working source code.

Hello dear, I already have a lot of experience in image and video processing in mobile and windows applications, my experience also includes Driver fatigue detection using raspberry pi which in a matter of milli seconds determines if the driver is sleeping or not and alarm accordingly using OpenCV, Vehicle counting in the particular category they belong to on a high speed road, number plate recognition using OCR algorithm of openCV, face detection and recognition for attendance system of a school and patient management system of a medical system.
