I need an instant picture/video texting app

I need an iPhone/iPad app. I would like it designed and built. App that has a log in and you will select a contact or group of contacts that you would like a text sent to. You will then take pictures or a video. Once you take the picture or hit stop recording on the video, it will automatically send a text message containing the picture or video to the group of contacts that you selected. A button will also be available to stop taking pictures or video and go back to users homepage. The user will have the ability to save frequently used groups so they can just select the group instead of each person.
