Nearest Store search

We're looking for a Web App Developer. "It's 22:01 and I'm thirsty" Almost all stores in Germany closes at 10pm. However, there few small convenience stores that are open even afterwards (so called "Späti"). The App should find the nearest one. The Product (Customer view): -The customer should be able to enter his home/current address (for people, which doesn't want to activate GPS) -If the user choose the GPS version, the browser should ask for permission to activate the GPS. -In the list view you can see the 10 closest stores, sorted ascending by distance. -On the detail page, you'll see; 1.) name of the store, 2.)Address of the store (maybe as link to google maps), 3.) opening hours, 4.) a picture (if there is one), and 5.) comments -The customer should be able to send us e-mail, in case he want to add a new store. If so, he has to fill out a form with the needed fields. -There should be a list of all existing stores. Just the name. -The hight of the page is not fixed, but depands on the content -The minimal width should be 320px The Product (Admin view): -We should be able to add/edit/delete stores/details. How we do it, it's up to you, DBMS, spreadsheet, csv (to be clarified) Your experience: - Experience with mobile web apps - Experience with (google)maps API - A work style that is extremely detail oriented Provided by us: -mock-up -expected data types, and limits -spreadsheet with stores delivered by you: -all files we can put on our server. -source code with comments -good structured css, so we can design it afterwards -use of google fonts (droid sans) open question: We want to add pictures in the detail page of the store. You might suggest a solution for it.
