I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I need an Android app to handle loan requests. Admin will set predefined loan amounts and also set a maximum loan amount. Interest rates are fixed. 15% for 15 days, 30% for 30 days. The app will manage the dates and also show user if loan application is successful or declined. The app will also receive payments in two ways. Either bank transfer or using paystack gateway. If you can do this within my budget please contact me. Budget $70-$100. Please do not bother bidding if your budget is higher than my maximum limit. Thanks
