iPhone and Android phone chat app

Mobile apps (iOS and Android) to work with iPhone 6 and above and Android Phone with features at minimum similar, the same or more than Whatsapp and with self-destruct options of Snapchat and have ability to share and save files shared by users (if they choose to, if not, the files shared will self-destruct as well.) and also has the ability to do group chat with many users. The mobile app will need to be able to do \r\n- text & multimedia chat\r\n- snap a clip and video sharing\r\n- snap photo and picture sharing\r\n- in addition to be able to invite contact list from the phone, the app also can add and invite users from his/her facebook and twitter and linkedin accounts for adding to mobilechat contact list.\r\n- superior security of chat (encrypted conversation and file transfer) and very scalable and robust backend\r\n- super fast, need to work with google cloud platform \r\n- super clean coding with clear comments\r\n- beautiful design (logo will be provided) in blue and silvery color\r\n- mobile payment integration with paypal and stripe and coinbase\r\n- self-destruct option from 15 seconds to 7 days\r\n- also with saving feature to save the conversations and clips/pics/files to the phone harddrive, cloud storage (Google CLoud) and external storage provides (like [login to view URL], [login to view URL])\r\n- feature to mark contact and conversation and picture, clip, anything as favorites and put them in the favorites section.\r\n- The Apps need to work on iOS devices (IPhone, iPad) and Android devices (including tablet)\r\n- Good clean responsive blue and silvery design focusing on super quick utility functions/features of the mobile app. The chat need to be able to have group chat to up to 10 people at the same time and also work on wifi to chat with other users nearby.
