Ionic 3 on demand mobile app for iOS and Android

Our project is an on demand dog walking service with the following platforms:

1. mobile app for clients

2. mobile app for dog walkers that have been accepted and can provide services

3. Admin Web to approve and add dog walkers

We want to provide dog owners the possibility to select a dog walker around their area (within 2-3 miles away) and get an immediate service in their house. Dog walkers that are available would be shown in a map (map based with real time tracking) and the person can click on a specific walker and see their profile information. Their profile information shows: a profile video, attached certifications, health insurance, ratings and a small bio that dog walker can add on their app. If the client likes the walker, they request a service, if not, they can go back to the map and select another walker. After selecting the walker, the client request the service and the dog walker gets a notification that can be approved/rejected. during the walk, the client can track the walker on the map, video call, message, receive pictures and cancel walk. After the walk, the dog walker sends a report card to client and the client rates the walker.

Our previous developer has created the basic code on Ionic 3 framework

- Node.js for Backend

- Stripe for payments

- Twilio for SMS / Calling

- HTML / CSS

- Typescript please read specifications attached.

We urgently need to find an EXPERT in this languages that can finish fixing the bugs, adding missing features (like payments and promotional disccounts), re-design existing wrong algorithms that are currently making bugs on the process and finish delivering the whole project since our previous developer is not available anymore.

Since we are not developers, We do not wish to be involved in testing, we just want to receive the application working properly, with all functionalities that are missing on dog walker app and client app, as well as re-desing admin web so it can be easier to manage clients and dog walkers.

We will create and assign 2 milestones: the first one with the 50% of your proposal will be paid after testing the iOS version for walkers and clients. The second one with remaining 50% will be created after testing Android version.

Please include testing time and warranty on your proposal. WE DO NOT WISH TO BE INVOLVE IN TESTING, we expect that all functions on the app to work properly the day of the delivery.

Please see attached files for more details on this project and provide an accurate Bid. We will base our decision on time. The developer that applies for this project needs to be an expert on ionic 3 and integrating stripe for payments.

We wish to launch on July 1st, so if you feel capable of working on this project fast, please send us your bid.

We are open to any suggestions on different platforms or ideas as long as we have this project ready to launch to our clients in 15 days.
