General information for the business: We would like to host our own GPS Tracking Server Description of requirements/functionality: We would like your advice on which open GPS server software to use (Traccar/Open-GPS) We will be selling GPS tracking products and want to use our own secure server to host the functionality SMS and email Gateway - send alerts once alarm triggered (would it be possible to use whatsapp as a gateway?) Alerts Pushed to multiple phones by App, SMS and Call (Geo fencing / speed / distance triggers etc..) Customer Login / Account Management Customer friendly front end/GUI Task assignment to phone carrier Image upload with date time and coordinates. Location based alerts If no answer/response from the App/SMS/Call then a central console would be alerted. We are looking at incorporating and publishing a Anroid App that has basic Tracking features. It will also have task for mobile carrier so that they can complete the task and close it .
