Android and iOS Application developer

We are looking for an app developer to make an application for both systems. Application should perform following activities. Please also see attached pictures 1- Our introduction page will be on visual On left last magazine cover comes automatically In which language is selected for download then that language will be used 2- Appearance of the magazine At the bottom, stands (shelve in the library) are chosen as English, Turkish and Chinese, and which language is selected, there will be the magazines in that language. The order of the magazine can be selected in the shelf order, i.e. the last loading magazine should not be at the end, if it is desired, for example 5th edition should be edited and loaded on the 5th order At the bottom there will be catalog, emails and announcements as well as extra magazines html5, pdf, doc, mp4, jpg, audio files can be uploaded in this section a jpg on screen should be places as a cover for sound and video At contact us section there will be subscription and able to subscribe by eMail, face, twitter account and agree to receive e-mails from us When hit like in our app it should be shared from their facebook page When an update is made, it may be that a new magazine is loaded or something is updated on previous issues, There should be a notification to the subscribers There will be a push notification to the subscribers in this system There will be analytics and it should count how many times an issue is downloaded if possible when If power is lost or disconnected, it must be able to continue when it is reactivated Be able to automatically adapt itself to sizes such as iPhone, iPad, etc. You should be able to advertise between the magazines. When somebody opens the newsstand see the pop-up ad before the magazine There will be a banner location under the newsstand and the magazines In this applications we will share html5, pdf, doc, mp4, jpg, audio files
