Sporting club app

We are low budget sporting club with many volunteers and we looking for someone to help write an app that will allow us to communicate quickly with our players and to promote our sponsors. We have a lot of teenagers and young adults in our club, and so we can help them with their sporting ambitions, we need an app to communicate with them. We require the app to be written using Adobe Flash Builder 4.5 so we can continue to develop and maintain the app in-house using a developer who is part of our club. The app must work on iPhone, iPads and Android phones. The app needs to communicate with our web server, so when we make updates to our website, the app also updates. We can do the website side of things, we just someone to develop the app and tell us what it needs, to read in feeds from the website. Ideally the app needs to have the following menu options however if cost is going to be a factor, we may look for someone to get us started and we'll try to take over: 1/ Latest news 2/ Latest team results 3/ Alerts - The alert menu button will flash when something important has been posted on the website 4/ Opposition team ground locations with room for a photo of the ground 5/ Contact details for committee members and captains etc 6/ Photo gallery that will display photos that we upload to the website 7/ Top 10 player scores for the season The bottom 1/4 of the screen area must remain fixed and this is where our sponsor banners will randomly display. Clicking a banner will display details about the sponsor and their contact details etc. We would also like to advertise other companies from the web to try and recoup our development costs. When the app receives updated data a sound effect should occur. When the app starts, a splash screen with a short sound effect should play. The thought is to use XML feeds wherever possible to load data into the app from our website. We should be able to write the code to create the XML feeds ourselves. There should be an option to install updates to the app itself, as it develops further. Again, if we need to start with less functionality to get it off the ground and then add more later due to cost, we may consider that option. Hopefully someone is out there and can help us, so we can continue to support our players and give them what they need to develop into tomorrows sporting greats. Thanks
