Mobile app for android and iphone (Multiplataform)

We are looking for a talented Mobile Application Developer who will be responsible for the development of an iPhone and android application and web application. It's long relationship, as this project will have several modifications during a year. So we would to work with a professional developer who can review and perform a technical analysis of requirements, write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements, contribute ideas for making the application(s) better and easier to use. Programming languages: iPhone/iOS, Android, Java, HTML, CSS, Objective-C, PHP, Ruby on Rails About the mobile app: Dial a number specified by us, at the same time send information stored in a database on the user who is calling and also send current location. In another option, the user can send messages with images, video or audio to a database. And we can send messages to the smarphone and change the slider images on the app. All this comes with a admin system to control incoming calls adn messages received. In adition, an analytics system for of all the incoming calls and messages with locations, categories, period (year, month, day, hours)... We will provide the HTML/CSS and wireframes for this project.
