Develop iPhone application for Complex Task Management

This is a small project but its a bit complex in terms of explanation. Basically what we need is an iPhone application that can handle data entry from different employees whose are going to be updating the progress of the task they are doing until they finish. This progress must be available on a website "Dashboard" where I'm going to give the clients access to see how our team is handling they jobs. Lets talk about "The iPhone App". The iPhone App must be secure and only can be accessed via login. There will be 3 types of profiles; - Employees - Clients - Administrator --- Employees: These people will be responsible of updating the content of the app like full filling the data entry fields with information. They also have access to a button that will Mark Task as "Submit for Review" so an administrator can receive a Push Notification and mark it as completed. Then, the client will see it on the app as complete or on the Dashboard via Web. --- Clients: An administrator will be responsible of creating the client user and password so they can access the content via the website or iPhone app and see their task if they are in progress, completed or if there was a problem with it. --- Administrator: must have access to everything and the ability to edit other user profiles and task right on the app. Data Entry: Add Task This should be available via web or via the app. It must be seamless. These are the preliminary fields of the Data Entry. *Administrators are the one who do Data Entry First Screen: - Client or Bufete (This must be a Picker as the user should be able to select from multiple clients) - Case Number # - Date of filing - Respondent Name - Respondent Address - Respondent Phone - Respondent Work Place - Respondent Work Phone Second Screen: - Assign Employee - Assign Date of Duty and Last Date for finishing the task • Employee Data Entry Employee must be able to take pictures of the place where they are working and store them on the app so administrators can see the place and corroborate that they were there. Also, the app should be capable of collecting the Coordinates (GeoLocation) of the Employee so they can double check the task completion. Employee should be able to add the date and time when they realized the task and after everything, they can push the submit for revision button so the administrator receive a Push Notification of completed. There should be a field for Notes/Comments about each task. Something like observations. App should have Push Notifications, GeoLocation, iCloud Integration, Calendar Integration and high security parameters. Also, app should be Good Looking, iOS 7 Flatter design and these kind of aspects. Important, there should be a website where clients can also have access to everything so that means, the app should connect easily to the server where they're going to store the information. Further Explanation will be given once we get into contact. Time frame is MOSTLY IMPORTANT on this project.
