Twitter Follow Bot (Andriod Based)

i just realized that there's no follow limit when you follow users on an android device o.o so i've been "cheating" lately, lol twitter doesn't know this yet. but its hard because i have to do it manually (i'm using bluestacks) so i'm only getting like 3000 follows in a day with this trick in like 3-4 hours of following, so is there a way that you can make a bot for me so that i can use it on my andriod device and like make it follow unlimited users (theres no follow limit for andriod) i need a bot that i can use on the adriod and make it follow unlimited users, i want it to be andriod based but be able to use it on my desktop. so i'm not looking for an app. but if you can't do a desktop app and you can only do a mobile app that's fine, can you guys do this?? i will really pay you A LOT of money for this, please!!!! it would be mega awesome :) make it so that i dont have to manually download the list of people to follow, so that i can put their @ names in the thing and it follows them automatically, go to [url removed, login to view] and look at it, i want something like that but minus the follow limit, in order for you to remove the follow limit it'll have to be Android based. thanks, if this is out of your programming skills then i understand, mind directing someone that can do this for me? i'm willing to pay a lot of money for this
