Quiz App Template for Android

i need an app for several quiz apps. i am not a total beginner for pc, i made websites by myself but with android programming i am a beginner. so i need a quiz app where i can put my questions and updates on my own. so you have to make the app and a very little tutorial for me how to setup eclipse and how to put new questions into the app so that i can make updates on my own. i already got an android developer account to upload the app on my own but as i said, i never did so before. the questions must be capable of integrating animated .gif or small movie with an integrated movie player, .png, .mp3, .ogg plus some additional text. for the answer there should be 2 options when making questions, multiple choice and manual input. i want to have the choice what way to answer each question needs when putting in new questions. so if i make a new question, i can choose how the user will have to answer the question. will he see 4 possible answer and has to pick one or does he have to manually write the answer. there should be a visual reaction when the answer is right or wrong. when pushed on the wrong answer, all wrong answers got red and the right one goes green. the app should start with a splash screen. graphics will be provided by me. when touching the display at the splash screen the quiz starts. for making updates with new questions later by myself, there should be an extra link for people who only want to play last added questions. admob should be integrated as well as a small info pop up to see my name, company address and so on and a help page where i can put some informations into. optional i want that the possibility to enter the highscore is only possible the first time the app is used. after all questions are answered no more highscore can be made. but with every update the new questions will be added to the former highscore. for more detailed questions just ask me. i have not that hurry at all and because its a small project i got no problems with not soo experienced people as long as you provide the app. in future there will be some more apps and i hope to find someone for further projects as well so personal contact is important for me and because of that i am not looking for a big company.
