GPS Tracking app for ANdroid

Hello, i need an application for Android (all versions), to track vehicles equiped with GPS tracking units, the application will stream the position from our mysql db server, customer should be able to select the unit he wants to track and see it on google map. Also a menu for history which let the customer see the history of a selected unit, this mean the track of the unit at a specific date and time. The app should be compatible with all phones and tablets and resolution should be adapted to all phones and tablets.
