Creat an Android Blackjack app

I need an experienced Android app developer, app by itself is not complicated, it's a black jack app, of erotic nature (nothing hard core, just some nudity). I will provide you with an app example and you need to create very similar one, if possible better looking. I will provide the pictures I have bought and can use without limitations.
I will send example app links to all biders so you know what amount of work is involved.
Requirements:
1. work on all or most Android phones
2. you should be able to create all the graphics needed for this app – icons and background
3. be monetized in several ways (this will require further consultation) – main monetization will be through [login to view URL] so this should be included
4. pictures once won in blackjack can be used as wallpaper for users phone
5. I will launch more of these according to the same template and would like to find one app creator to work with so since most of the first app will already be done for the second, third etc. more or less only the pictures will have to be changed I will expect a very discounted price.
6. I may need your advice and guidance for publishing this app in Google Play store and adding ads to it so consider this as well. So possible further consultation may be required of you, this will naturally be rewarded extra.
7. app should not take you more than 2 weeks to develop
8. full payment will be issued only after 100% work is done to our mutual satisfaction
9. I would prefer a developer that can do both Android and iPhone apps, so that I can launch these on both systems.
10. You MUST provide examples of previous work, app development.
11. I do not expect you to do anything for free, but I do expect to get what we have agreed upon!
I am a very honest man, I hate BS, so please keep in mind no BS will be tolerated, like being late with delivery because your cousin is sick or something similar. Please people only serious offers from experienced app developers.
