A program designed for a hemp trading corporation (connects the operations to finance department which includes electronic weighing feature)

Our group of companies currently have an in-house programmer; however, he is loaded at the moment and he will need a partner to produce another program. We are looking for a freelance programmer who can help design a program using the same computer language with our in-house programmer. The program that will be developed will be used for the operations of our Hemp trading business.
