Microsoft Expert migrate Windows Server to Azure

We have an Australian Client we are trying to assist. It is not our area of expertise, so we are looking for a Microsoft Expert to help us with migrating a Windows Server to Azure with access for 6 users around the world. We need the job doing as soon as possible.
We will need the project properly documented in English. We will need the system back ups and restores. We will need the job handing over to one of our non-Microsoft techs, possible ongoing support work.
Ideally we would like someone near BGC who can come in to meet with us.
