Video caching algorithm for radio access networks

In order to reduce the backhaul transmission and video latency, video caches are to be placed at (e)NodeBs(same as Base Stations in cellular networks) in a radio access network. The videos to be cached are selected based on the User Preference Profile of Active Users in a cell. The cache updating algorithm is given in Fig.4. I want the simulation of the same in Matlab. A modification is also needed. The above specified algorithm is for a single cell. I need an algorithm which implements the collaborative work of adjacent(e)NodeBs. ie, if a requested video results in a cache miss in the respective cell, the algorithm should check whether it is available in the nearby caches. For that, sharing of the contents in caches at regular intervals or some other methods may be used. Output graphs needed : Fig.8-a,c,e,g.+ Cache hit ratio graph for modified algorithm. A comparison with LRU is desired but no need of LFU,MPV,R-UPP etc.
