custom qr code and engaging marketing campaign/competion/game

hi, we make cider. we 2 new products coming out in about 6 weeks. we are working on our new label. we want to use the bottle to engage customers with a marketing campaign/ fun competition. we thought qr codes could be used so the customer can scan the code to begin a game/ submit a story about themselves etc, and be into win a t shirt or something every week over summer. this would need to be set up within 1- 2weeks. if you think that is possible please help us out thank you
