Original Logo Design for Our New Business.

We want the logo to be completely original and one-of-a-kind in its design. We are a business that will primarily deal with gamers, comic book readers and computer nerds. So our idea for the logo would have to be something that appeals to those kinds of people. We would like for the logo to appeal more towards gamers and comic book enthusiasts. If you could kindly take a look at the attached images in the next messages, you will see different ideas. We will highlight some of our thoughts pertaining to two of the pictures. However, we are very open to your inspired and original ideas which you come up with whilst looking at the images. The first two are the title art for two video games called “Final Fantasy” and "RuneScape". We like these because the text is interacting with the environment. In the Final Fantasy one, the 2 creatures (which look like dragons) are flying around the text and it looks like they are a part of the name. Because they are dragons it also appears to gamers because creatures like dragons and griffins are very popular with gamers and comic book readers. The "RuneScape" image is also a good example of the text interacting with the environment because the flame is wrapping around the text, and the spine of the letter "R" is actually a sword. The third image is the logo for a company called Dragons and Geeks. As you can see it is very different. However, we really like this design because it shows a silhouette of a dragon. In our case it could be a silhouette of a griffin. The font looks nice as well. It looks like the kind of font you would see in a fantasy video game. And the swords really add a nice element of video games to it as well. The final image is from a company called "Benjam Studio". As you can see, this logo is some sort of animal clawing through the background. We appreciate imagery created by this logo. We can imagine this creature being a griffin with it looking through the background. However, we acknowledge that this could be a bit difficult to incorporate into a letterhead or social media icon. But we enjoy the aesthetic none the less and we hope that it serves as some sort of inspiration for your design. We do not necessarily have a clear idea of what we are looking for and as a result, we are open to many different ideas. For now, the main point to discuss is that we would like to take inspiration from these images and we want our logo to appeal to anyone who has an interest in video games, comic books and fantasy fiction. I hope this makes sense to you and we encourage you to ask any questions if something is not clear. We would be happy to explain something in more detail. Given that we are a startup, we are looking to stand out to our target audience and penetrate the market as a company who empathises with the target audience. To clarify, we would like the full design suite to suit our needs. That is a letterhead, business card design, social media icons and banners, as well as logos and banners for our website. We would also really appreciate a colour palette that compliments the logo for us to use on our website, but this is optional.
