GTR Logos for Cards, Site, Signage, etc...

I am looking for four logos, very similar in nature but with some variance to differentiate from each independent business. I want to play more on the letters GTR (standing for Green Tree Realty) rather than the words spelled out. The four independent companies are:
1) Green Tree Realty Hampton Roads
2) Green Tree Realty HR
3) Green Tree Realty NC
4) Green Tree Realty Property Management
I would like a vibrant shade of green so it will stand out on building signs and yard signs, as well as business cards and website(s).
Attached is our current Logo in various formats. I don't think the current logo is exciting enough for our future.
