Good Evening, I can assist you in getting your site sorted, CloudFlare does much more than DNS, it also caches your site and serves it from regional edge nodes, it sounds like you need to edit the CloudFlare settings to reduce the TTL for the cache so users get fresh content rather than cached content more frequently, this can be achieved by globally editing the TTL or sending no cache headers with the pages affected. Furthermore if you have recently updated your site you can force the cache to flush.
