Set up a email server on linux

Looking to setup an email server for our internal purposes. We will hire a virtual dedicated server for the same and the server will do only two jobs viz send and receive emails. You need to set up the server on stripped down linux machine. You need to set up the SMTP and have it whitelisted with major email providers including Gmail, All microsoft email services, ZOHO, GoDaddy, Yahoo and all corporate mail servers running exchange or sendmail. We will test this by sending test mails to all these clients and verify if the mails are received. You need to set up milters to control spam. You need to deploy a webmail client (eg roundcube). The set up should allow individual users to manage their passwords on their own. You need to provide documentation detailing the software you install and the history of commands used to do the same.
