Mikrotik captive portal setup and configuration -- 2

We are a coworking space and have just switched to mikrotik. We need to configure a captive portal for our microtik routers. The captive portal must use the api from our space management software (cobot) to authenticate users and log them in. See "check in with credentials" here: [login to view URL]
We would ideally also like to set up user manager or some other system so we can impose some additional rules. eg. only one device per login, bandwidth limitation, etc.
The deliverable would be fulling functioning system with documentation of what was done.
Finally, since we have multiple locations and are opening more in the future, we would like to work with a consultant who can do the setup for our future locations as well and be available for any new requirements on an ongoing basis.
