italc Customization

Need some one to add more option to italc software or you can use bigbluebutton which ever is easy and good to use and stable. This is to control computers in network This is what I need: 1- Audio spying and Video spying for the student without the student knowing that the teacher is watching him. 3 buttons in Spy option 1 - To start audio syp, 2- To start video spy & 3- To start audio spy and video spy both together. 2- One on One Audio Chat & One to All Audio Chat. 3- Text Chatting one to one & one to all. 4- File sharing, teacher with student/s & student/s with teacher. 5- It should run on cross OS Win XP, WIN VISTA WIN 7 & Linux Ubuntu. 6- Remote control student computer. 7- Blank Screen, lock keyboard only , lock keyboard & mouse both. 8- Show a demo (either in full screen or in a window) - the teacher's screen is shown on all student's computers in realtime. Show all screens of students on teacher screen to monitor in realtime. 9- You need to change the design look of the software, I will give you all the images or graphics that you need. Just the coloring and images rest will stay in the same place where it is. 10- You will have to guide as well with the installation and using it. A small training, either through skype or pdf step by step. Option 5,6,7&8 seems like its already there in the software you need to check. Pleas start you bit with the work LNT .
