One way quality links to a VAN SALES Website

I am looking for some one way quality links to my site. The links has to be on pages from pr=3 and up. SITES Should Not have more then 15 OUTGOING Links from that Page and must have DO FOLLOW The sites needs to be travel and accomodations sites and CAR SALES, Airports, Group travel like groople and alike -Page with link on it should have PR3+ -Page should have a cached version in Google for the last 14 days or less. -Page should have relevant content -Page should not contain more than 15 external links -There should be no more than 5 link posts every week I will pay 5$ for every fitting link and $10 for PR6. Payment will be transferred for 15 links posted and fitting to requirements. *Very important - link exchange is not acceptable. I am interested in one way links only. Not inrested in links such as socials as digg and a like. no wordpress and blogs and alike. No Bookmarks The links are for a Group Travel Van Hire Company we have over 770 sites to work for so lets go Total links we need are 200 WE CAN Afford Spending now $100 for this project and need at least 75 Links
