Need 500 back-links PR 4+

500 Backlinks needed for 2 separate websites. So, 250 links for each website. Required keywords and URL’s will be provided.

1. Reference. Show the past link building work you've completed. It will be held in confidence. Experience is important and proof of quality work is mandatory.

2. 500 PR3+ backlinks. Some websites to have PR6 and PR7.

3. NO Directory Sites, No Comments.

4. All backlinks must be do follow.

5. Only backlinks from English Websites.

6. Links are not to be spammy.

7. No link farms accepted.

8. The page where the link is placed on must be minimum PR3 or above.

9. One link per domain will be counted so 500 links must come from different domains and 500 different class C ip addresses

10. Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo within last 30 days.

11. Link page must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices.

12. Page should not be excluded by [url removed, login to view] and anchor text must not have nofollow tag.

13. No links from under construction pages.

14. No sites which ask for money later.

15. No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING

16. No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups.

17. No link from: torrent sites, file sharing forums guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or black hat sites.

18. All links must be One way non-reciprocal links. Possible from relevant websites.

19. Links must be static html links. Including the target keywords I provide in anchor text.

20. Links must be permanent, active, never expiring.

21. Links must be in text, no graphics.

22. No subdomains, back links must be on a www.

23. Links must be permanent and static HTML.

24. No use of blackhat software. The links must be manually built.

25. Staggered deployment of the links is required over 20 days to avoid any penalties.

26. I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

27. Detailed Excel file to be provided by you with all linking posts URLs once work is finished to be checked

The link builder should be highly experienced. Must know how to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. Good results will mean ongoing business for you.

Please note: Whitehat is crucial and required. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. Payment will be made after I have received the spreadsheet and verified each link.

You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet : Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed.

We reserve the right to reject links if they do not meet the guidelines. We'll release 50 % after 250 links are complete and the remaining 5o% after all links are complete. Reports need to be provided before each payment.

We are looking to build a long term relationship with the supplier as we have a network on 8 entertainment websites.
