Escort Text Link Builder Needed

I have an escort agency (PM me for the link) and I want more backlinks to the site. The site has a Goggle PR3 that I want to grow over the next weeks. I require an expert link builder that I would like to establish an ongoing link building relationship with. This is the first project of an ongoing link building campaign if I can find the right person. Please bid only if you can deliver quality links that will put our web pages at the top of the SERPs for our particular keywords. These will be provided after the project has been awarded. The details of the project are: 1. I require 100 one-way quality links from PR3-PR7 and come from themed sites related to Dating, Relationships, Marriage, Love, etc. 2. Each link MUST reside on a separate domain and be from a different C-Class IP. ALL links must be submitted manually, and one link per domain. No use of automated software. Links must be do-follow and must be one-way. Links must not be labeled sponsored, links, ads etc. 3. White Hat only. No black hat techniques allowed. No cloaking, banned sites, articles submission, spam sites, scraped content sites, mirror sites, or sites overrun with contextual advertising and pop ups. Links must be manually submitted ONLY. No use of automated software of any kind. No sites banned or penalized by Google. 4. Links must be active, permanent with no expiration dates and must not need any additional payments. No more than 20 outbound links per page on which links are placed. Link page must be indexed and cached by major search engines (2-3 weeks back max, no cached a year back pages). No drop domains either that have not passed the page rank yet and not cached. 5. Links must be on English language sites only. Only use general or sponsored TLDs. No free hosting websites. Linked sites must be active and not under construction. I reserve the right not to accept a particular link. -You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet detailing your link building. • Site Name • Site Type • Site PR • Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink) • URL Page PR • IP address • Anchor Text • Date submitted Please submit samples of sites and/or locations you expect to use with bid. If possible give me some samples of websites you've successfully built links for. There is great potential for monthly SEO jobs for (PM me for the link) if the work is done quickly, effectively and in a completely ethical manner. Payment: The money for this project will be placed in GAF escrow and released immediately after the approval of the final Excel report. No money will be paid in advance so please don;t ask for a deposit.
