I have some current business transactions (asset purchases) that involve the need to hire an employee/representative of my company sign documents on said companies behalf in order to keep the business owners name off of the paperwork.
The person chosen for this job will be authorized in writing by the company to sign certain types of documents on behalf of the company and will not be personally liable for the business.
Payment will be made on a "per document" basis with an estimated 3-6 documents per month. Please make your bid the amount you would charge to sign a single document.
