I'm searching for a seasoned Production Manager with profound experience in the food industry. This role is multi-faceted, and the ideal candidate must be capable of managing quality control, inventory, and scheduling aspects of production. Here's what I'm seeking in a candidate:
- Quality Control: You should have comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and be able to apply these standards across all production phases, ensuring our final products meet the highest quality expectations.
- Inventory Management: You will be responsible for maintaining an optimal level of inventory, efficiently handling all raw materials, and avoiding wastage while ensuring smooth production flows.
- Production Scheduling: You should have the ability to create and stick to a production schedule, balancing the demands of different stakeholders.
Previous experience in the food industry is a must, as you need to be familiar with industry norms and safety requirements. Strong leadership skills are also a must, as you'll be leading and managing a team.
