Hiring Full-Stack Microsoft Web App Developer

The product you will be working on is a team management work-flow web application. This will be a new product and we have to start from scratch. We are looking for a person who can work with us on MVP so that we can do idea validation. This will be long term position and we need someone who have entrepreneurial mindset and is always willing to go extra mile. We don’t need an employee kind of person who will expect everything from us and will take weekends off or will not do more work than specified. We need someone who is passionate about creating softwares and making a change. The candidate needs to be experienced with both back-end and front-end web development using Microsoft's tools and technologies. Skills required: - C# - ASP.NET MVC - SQL Server - Entity Framework - Microsoft Azure (optional, preferred) - HTML 5 - CSS 3 - JavaScript/jQuery - Twitter Bootstrap (optional, preferred) - Experience with Line Of Business (LOB) software is preferred We would like to start with an hourly rate of $8. We might consider switching to a fixed monthly salary of $1,000/month (negotiable) later if the contractor proves that he is good for this position and we can see that he/she is passionate and can make a change. We would like to start with a few small test tasks. And based on the quality of the results, we will either continue working with the same person or look for someone else.
