Joomla Template adjustments

I have two issues to work on with a series of Joomla Templates that were installed. The 1st template is Ja Labra and needs an FCK editor installed and a fix on why the editor wont take embed codes. It also needs to have my logo placed into the template. The second template is rt_perihelion and the template under System/Permissions is listed as "UNWRITABLE" on all features. I can work with the template but I need to have those features activated so that I can work with it. I also have some other issues that may arise over time so I'm looking for someone who can make quick, simple adjustments.
