Joomla & Rocket Chat Integration

I am in need of an instant messaging solution for my Joomla website users (1-1). It should be accessible via web portal + should also have android & iOS mobile apps.

I checked Rocket Chat & it pretty much addresses my requirements. However, I require below customisations with help of Rocket Chat API's:

1. Users authentication sync between Joomla & Rocket Chat i.e. joomla logged in users should be auto logged in to Rocket Chat panel & Rocket Chat panel should also allow login by joomla credentials.

2. New Joomla registered users should be auto added / registered into Rocket Chat

3. Chat box/window/tab should open with a button click (URL containing user id). For eg. a userA clicks [login to view URL] to chat with userB. This should initiate chat between them or may be we can have separate channel for these 2 users.

I am looking for a developer who has experience & worked with Rocket Chat & Joomla before. I am NOT looking for someone to learn & work on the go.
