Finish Building Joomla Website - ASAP

I need help finishing a Joomla website. I'm busy with other projects and I need the site to do a few things I've not done before and I don't have time to learn them.
Here are the features of the site:
*Custom Client Dashboards - the client logs in and sees a unique dashboard that has tasks that unique to him. The client is to complete the tasks (like running a diagnostic on a machine) and mark them complete. I installed Project Knife to manage the tasks.
*Project Knife will need more configuration. If you know of a better project management/task management software, I'm open to using it.
*Client fills out forms. The forms are inputting diagnostics on their machinery. I've installed Chronoforms. The inputs should copy to a database or a spreadsheet (like Google Drive) to keep a record of the results. The client and the site owner should both have access to the historical data.
*Monthly Billing - I'd like to set up a way for the site owner to bill their clients on a monthly basis.
*I've built the site on a RocketTheme template: Gemini
Here are a few pieces of important info that will help you win this project:
*I need this done quickly. Ideally, I'd like to review with you on Saturday or Sunday (US time) and then give feedback so you can make corrections and have a completed or near-completed site ready to present to my clients on Monday (US time). I know it won't be perfect by then, and that's okay. I just need something viable to show my clients.
*Please have strong Joomla skills. This isn't a good project for a newbie. Include your 1-3 favorite Joomla projects you've developed.
*Many people bid without reading the project description. Please put this sentence at the front of your proposal: "Hunter, I've read your description and will let you know if I have questions." 75% of the bidders won't have that. If you have it, it will increase your chances of winning.
