very small java scrip scool project to be delivered within today 6 hours from agreement

I need a very small project related to teaching a subject, for example english using following : radio button, text, if, while, for and also using different fonts, colors and sizes for the fonts. my suggestion would be as foll: - title : Teaching English - 2016 - how many chapters fo you want to use? and based on the answer to use for and write on the first page: Chapter 1, Chapter 2...... - Chapter 1 for example should allow the user to add in a text box some text ( you do not need to put the text, just mark with red where i should enter the text. may be for each paragraf entered should have radio button where to be asked if the text is red, black or blue - at the end of the chapter should have a qestion as a radio button also where to be asked, do you want to continue with answers yes or no and based on the anser to use if ( for example do you want to move to another chapter? if yes go to the next chapter and add text if no say something like "Have a great day". - for while i am open for suggestion from your end. I need it tested in a webbrowser and also I need the code delivered. as explained keep it as simple as possible as it is for primary school.
