KEY DELIVERABLES:
SQL script to create the tables: NOTE: there MUST be indexes on each column in table 1, and proper FK constraints must be applied on table 3
database php API: (basic insert and selects ...) : place these in separate DB_Bible class with static methods
Basic functions needed ; MUST be included in the php functions
all functions needed (used in the project) to insert data, retrieve data
In particular:
upsert a row (update or create if it does not exist) a row into the main table, should also have as last parameter an optional array of strongReferenceIds
upsert an idVerse /idStong combination (should accept array parameter for both so that we can upsert many in one call
if the array is not null we insert the corresponding rows into verse_strong_map
TEST PAGE
a test page must be provided which demonstrates that it works (a simple wordpress page, we do not need an admin page, the page is only for validating the project, will not be used, so can be as simple as possible with no particular styling, just readable). we should be able to test each of the functions provided separately (be able to manually insert entries, select entries, delete entries)
the test page must be implemented by a shortcode

In other words, I place this shortcode on any test page and I am able to test the database functions
NO fancy css styling needed, just a few key css classes (prefix classes with abr_
the outermost div should have the css class abr_strong_reference and id abr_strong_reference
only very basic styling is needed for testing, and readability, I will provide final styling. these should be provided in a separate .css file

all code in a separate PHP class with static functions
Final project needs to look a bit like (for all chapters of the bible, this is one chapter)
I only need the main bible chapter verses and links to the strong references
