posting advertisement automatically on website

Looking for someone reliable who can write or develop an app that can post ads on gumtree dot com which is a classified ad website with just a few clicks.
I want to post advertisements on gumtree dot com (UK), gumtree removes my ads if I post more than one or too frequently under same account/IP.
Please note that I do not have any API or access to this sites database.
The ad posting also requires upload of Images.
This is similar to craiglist or other ad posting site.
Posting procedures:
1.) Login gumtree
2.) Post an ad
3.) Select Category
4.) Location
5.) Fill form data and post ad
The app needs to operate in one window, where we can edit/delete/save data and upload accounts. we also need the app to randomise the location (provided the different postcodes).
This is an ongoing project, gum tree changes its posting form/page scripts time to time. Therefore I am looking for a long term workman ship and a reliable friend who I can trust with this work and provide on time updates.
Before you contact me, please ask yourself the following questions.
Are you available everyday? except Weekends?
Are you willing to provide updates when required?
Are you willing to keep this project between you and me only?
Are you 100% sure you can do this and not abandon in between?
