Google Scripts: keep spreadsheet data up to date in variable places in Google doc

When a row is added or edited on any of these three source spreadsheets...

.... Add or edit the following at a variable location...

[{Event Title}; {Your Name}] {Event Start Date in [login to view URL]}; {What is this event all about?}

... on this Document.

[login to view URL] (Master Sunday Announcements)

The variable is the number of weeks prior to {Event Start Date in [login to view URL]}, on a Sunday:

Gold: 8 weeks prior to the event start date

Silver: 5 weeks prior to the start date

Bronze: 3 weeks prior to the start date

...And, in each case, add

[{Event Title}; {Your Name}] {Event Start Date in [login to view URL]};

to every Sunday leading up to the start date, inclusive.

The Google Doc needs to stay up to date if ever an existing event in the Spreadsheet is manually edited.
