Custom FiveM CitizenFX Script (LUA, SQL)

--What we are looking for--- We need a one script that can regulate everything listed below. This will be used for a CitizenFX server on FiveM (GTA:V). --What We Need Done-- First, we need you to install essentials into our SQL or CouchDB server. 1A. Visible trigger place-able by coordinates, for using an action command 1B. action command should be visual and assigned to a key on the keyboard 1C. triggers should be addable and not static in the script, ex: being able to make 20 and customize each 2. trigger activities should have timers to regulate when they can be used again in general 2B. individual players should be flagged after performing a trigger activity 2C. individual players should not be able to reproduce any action assigned by its flag 3. the ability to customize text at the trigger, customize text when the command has been executed 4. the ability to add end-point triggers to a trigger type that requires the individual to reach this trigger to unlock a flag 4B. the ability to randomize endpoints, and add waypoints to these endpoints automatically 5. the ability to detect player states when a job is running, and modify the active status of the trigger and flag 6. the ability to give rewards when an activity is complete 7. when an activity is activated , that a chat message could be globally produced to the server at large 8. administrative control over all trigger events 9. Please add as much detailed comments as possible so we can edit the code in the future. ---What we are looking for--- 1. Provided version with uncrypted and encrypted with key. 2. We want full shared rights of the script(s), once completed we will keep full rights and resale rights without royalty/fees.
